About our AI tools

Reeprompt and PromptForge use Google's Gemini model to generate and refine prompts for AI video models. The tools:

• Take a short brief or structured input and return a usable prompt.
• Suggest variations and refinements you can iterate on.
• Do not generate video, audio, or visual output themselves.
• Do not guarantee any specific outcome from third-party AI video models.

Important disclaimers

• No quality guarantee: we cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of videos created using our prompts.
• Third-party tools: our prompts are designed for use with various AI video models, but we are not affiliated with or responsible for those services.
• Your responsibility: you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving prompts before using them.
• Variability: AI models can produce unexpected or varied results from the same prompt.

Allowed

You may use ReezoAI to generate prompts and process images for:

• Educational and informational content.
• Creative and artistic work.
• Marketing and promotional material for your own products or services.
• Entertainment, storytelling, and personal projects.
• Internal team workflows and prototyping.

Not allowed

You may NOT use ReezoAI to generate prompts or process images for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable law.
• Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks against individuals or groups.
• Hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Sexually explicit or adult content.
• Realistic depictions of violence or content that promotes harm.
• Deliberately false or misleading information.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Impersonation or deepfakes of real people without their consent.

Your rights

• You retain ownership of your original inputs and ideas.
• Prompts and processed image files are yours to use.
• You may modify and adapt prompts and outputs as you like.

Our rights

• We retain rights to the ReezoAI codebase, branding, and design.
• We may use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the Service.
• We may review usage patterns to inform product development.

Third-party rights

• Respect copyrighted material, trademarks, and brand assets.
• Do not create prompts or images that infringe on others' intellectual property.
• Output may also be subject to the terms of the AI model you feed it into.

Distribution platforms

When publishing video output that started from a ReezoAI prompt:

• YouTube: follow YouTube's community guidelines and monetisation policies.
• TikTok: comply with TikTok's community guidelines and commercial content rules.
• Instagram: follow Instagram's content policies and business terms.
• Each platform has its own rules for AI-generated content. Check before you publish.

AI video model integration

• Different models (Veo, Runway, Pika, Luma, and similar) interpret prompts differently.
• The same prompt can produce different output across models.
• Final video quality depends on the model, not on our prompt.
• Third-party models have their own usage limits and pricing.

Effective prompt use

• Review and customise generated prompts before sending them to a model.
• Test prompts against the AI video model you actually plan to use.
• Iterate on the result, then save a version that works for your case.
• Keep platform-specific requirements in mind from the start.

Ethical use

• Be transparent about AI-generated content where the platform or your audience requires it.
• Respect other people's privacy and dignity.
• Consider the impact of your content on the people it depicts or discusses.
• Follow the law in your jurisdiction.

Content responsibility

• Always review the final output before publishing.
• Verify factual accuracy when creating informational content.
• Comply with local laws and regulations.
• Consider cultural sensitivity and appropriateness.

Report a problem

If you encounter inappropriate prompt suggestions or believe the Service is being misused:

• Email report@reezo.ai with details.
• Include enough context for us to investigate (the input, the output, and the date).
• We will review and respond.

How we respond

• Remove or rework prompt patterns that consistently produce policy-violating output.
• Suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
• Improve our safety filters where we can.
• Cooperate with legal authorities where required by law.

We may update these guidelines to:

• Reflect changes in AI technology and tooling.
• Address new legal requirements.
• Improve safety and the user experience.
• Respond to feedback from the community.

Our limitations

• We are not responsible for content created with our prompts.
• We cannot control how third-party AI tools interpret our prompts.
• We are not liable for any consequences of using generated output.
• You assume full responsibility for the final video, image, or other content you publish.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the terms of the third-party platforms you publish to.
• Obtain necessary permissions for commercial use of any source material.
• Moderate the content you publish.
