By accessing or using ReezoAI (the "Service"), operated by Vitgita Solution Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service includes Reeprompt, PromptForge, and the browser-based image tools (favicon generator, image compressor, image converter, and background remover).

ReezoAI is a free suite of web tools that includes:

• Video prompt generation and refinement for short-form video models.
• Structured JSON prompt building for AI video generation workflows.
• Browser-based image utilities for favicons, compression, format conversion, and background removal.
• Optional account management for saving prompt history.

• You may use most of the Service without creating an account.
• If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service.

• You retain ownership of the inputs and content you submit to the Service.
• You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your inputs only as needed to deliver the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

• The Service, including its codebase, branding, and original content, is owned by Vitgita Solution Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.
• Prompts and processed image files produced through the Service are provided for your personal or commercial use, subject to the terms of any underlying AI model provider.
• Third-party content displayed within or generated by the Service may be subject to additional terms.

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
• We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service, which is zero for free users.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of generated prompts or processed image output.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of any AI video model or third-party platform complies with that provider's terms and applicable law.

Your privacy matters. The collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms.
• On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• Provisions that should reasonably survive termination remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice on the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
